Minnesota is pronounced Minnasoda with emphasis on the O!

My youngest older sister is coming for a visit this week, I haven't seen her in three years so obviously I am pretty excited to see her and my brother in law. The girls are excited as well. I haven't been posting because I have been busy with working full time, doing research necessary to move forward at the university, and I have even had a few visits from friends and other family members in the past month as well. I sleep about four hours per day, and I don't have time to watch even a half hour of T.V. So you can see posting something creative and interesting is difficult. I have also been homesick like crazy lately. One day last week I was so stressed that I decided I would use Netflixs if it killed me, and so I stayed awake until 1 watching New In Town. I laughed, and cried. Not because it is such a moving story, but because they all talk like my family from Minnesota. It was so comforting, and Ryan watched it with me laughing the whole time at how similar the actors sounded to my Aunts and cousins. Then I woke up and went to work doing what I love. Today I am taking the day off to take the baby to the dr. She is O.K., just a little under the weather. Then I will use the rest of the day to work on some things I need to get ahead with, and maybe I will even finish cleaning my kitchen-we'll see.
